I hope you enjoy your Thrift Box. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to shop@kortniskloset.com within 48 hours to address your issue. You will then be prompted to mail back your order. Once the order has arrived, you will immediately be refunded.
We hope you understand that due to the nature of second hand shopping your pieces are 100% original, so another size may not be available. You can send the item(s) back in exchange for something else, or you may choose to donate them in exchange for a refund.
My goal is to help YOU in whatever way you need it. If you prefer to be called or text before your purchases, we can totally arrange that. If you like the thrill of being surprised, then sit back and relax as I select things you may have missed! Sometimes a second pair of eyes is all you need!
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase to receive your box. This allows enough time for shopping and shipping to take place.
I am currently working on a subscription box for repeat customers. For the time being, you can purchase as many boxes as you’d like. I recommend getting Box 200 if you are wanting a larger variety of clothes than can keep you in new outfits for a good chunk of time. Plus, Box 200 includes a special surprise to show appreciation for your loyalty, and support!
Of course! Customer receipts will be sent along with your Thrift Box or Bag. Your shopping total will never exceed the budget selected.
The budget you selected is strictly for shopping purposes. The Thrift Box services varies in price due to how different each box is. However, the bags are typically the same price each time. Shipping and shopping services are a separate cost, and will be communicated via email.
Yes! I love encouraging people to help Mother Earth whenever they can! When you donate to your local secondhand store, you will receive $10 off your order total! Send your donation receipts to shop@kortniskloset.com after completing your questionnaire. You can also receive $10 off your order total if you are a coach, teacher, work with kids in any way, military, or first responder.

The best part about the thrifting is you never know what you’re going to find. People donate everyday, so even the same stores feels like a new experience every single time. Your clothes may be from of my favorite local thrift stores like Plato’s Closet, or it can come from a new thrift store I visited like Monk Vintage. In most cases I find and travel to new thrift stores I think customers will love, and do my best to revisit them to see what other cool new stuff they’ve added.
